About

My name is Mariano Hernandez

Let’s Cut to the Chase 🚀

I’m a current NCAA Division 1 Track & Field Coach with a passion for helping young athletes unlock their full potential — not just on the stopwatch, but in how they lead themselves, think, and live.

I created EliteU247 because I saw firsthand what most athletes are missing:

  • Real mentorship beyond the sport

  • The tools to master their mindset

  • A blueprint for success after the last race is over

With over 3+ years of coaching sprinters at the highest level, I’ve worked with athletes from high school to the national stage. My approach combines:

  • Sprint mechanics backed by science

  • Mental performance coaching

  • Discipline, faith, and personal growth

This isn’t just training — it’s transformation. Whether you’re a rising freshman or a D1 recruit, my goal is to help you become the most elite version of yourself, 24/7.

Let’s get to work.
